01Section

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Music Admin website (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

These Terms apply to your use of the Site only. They are not a services agreement and do not create a publishing, distribution, or representation relationship between you and Music Admin, Inc. ("Music Admin," "we," "us," or "our"). You also need to be 18 or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Site.

02Section

Use of the site

You're welcome to use the Site for lawful, personal, and informational purposes, like learning about Music Admin, reading our writing, or getting in touch. To keep things fair for everyone, please don't:

Break the law
Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Probe or attack
Attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer, or introduce malicious code.
Disrupt
Interfere with the Site, its servers, or networks connected to it.
Misrepresent
Impersonate any person or entity, or harass other users.

03Section

Site content

The Site itself, including copy, graphics, logos, photography, layout, and code, belongs to Music Admin or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to view and use the Site for its intended purpose.

Please don't copy, republish, modify, or build derivative works from any part of the Site without our written permission. Sharing a link is always welcome.

04Section

What you send us

If you reach out through a contact or inquiry form, the information you send isn't treated as confidential by these Terms. You give us permission to use it to respond to you and run our business. Don't send material you aren't authorized to share. How we handle personal information is covered in our Privacy Policy.

05Section

Services live in a separate agreement

Publishing administration, distribution, marketing, royalty collection, and every other service we offer are governed by a written services agreement between you and Music Admin. Nothing on the Site, including any page, headline, FAQ, or marketing copy, constitutes an offer, contract, or commitment to provide those services. The terms of any engagement live entirely in that signed agreement.

06Section

Third-party links

The Site may link to platforms we work with, such as PROs, streaming services, distributors, and other partners, as well as general resources around the music industry. We don't own or control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Visit them at your own discretion.

07Section

Disclaimers & liability

A few things we have to say plainly:

  • The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on it is complete or up to date.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Music Admin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.
  • Anything related to a services engagement is governed by that engagement's separate agreement, not by these Terms.
  • You agree to indemnify Music Admin against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

08Section

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as the Site evolves or as legal requirements change. When we do, we'll revise the "Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
